Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Orders: Dispatched within 5-7 working days. Delivery typically takes 3-4 days after shipping.

  • Custom-Made Orders: Dispatched within 7-14 working days. Delivery typically takes 3-4 days after shipping.

  • Working Days: Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not considered working days.

Tracking Your Order

  • Email Notification: Post-shipping, your tracking number and shipping partner details will be shared via email.

  • Tracking Methods: You can track your order directly on the shipping partner’s website or via the The Flooring India website.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders (India): We offer Free Shipping on all domestic orders.

  • International Orders: A flat fee of USD 30 is charged for international shipping.

International Duties & Taxes

  • Exclusions: Duties and taxes for international orders are not included in your order total and must be paid over and above the shipping charges.

  • Payment: Customers are responsible for paying applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of delivery.

  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to pay these charges, no refunds will be entertained.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure a complete shipping address, including the correct Pincode (221401) and mobile number, to ensure hassle-free delivery.

  • Processing Location: All orders are processed from our facility in Bhadohi, Uttar Pradesh.

  • Delivery Address: Orders are dispatched to the shipping address recorded at the time of checkout.
